This is a 1973 Canadian nickel dollar proof coin commemorating the 100th anniversary of Prince Edward Island joining Confederation. Encased in its original blue clamshell box with PEI centennial markings. Obverse features Queen Elizabeth II; reverse depicts Province House, with dates 1873-1973. Case and coin are both in collectible condition. Coin diameter approx. 36 mm.
