This is a 1976 Montreal Olympics $5 coin, minted in .925 sterling silver, total metal weight 24.3g with 0.72 troy ounces of pure silver. The obverse features Queen Elizabeth II, dated 1975. The reverse marks the XXI Olympiad with a swimmer design and Montreal 1976 inscription.
