1977 Proof Coin Sets
Each year since 1970, the Royal Mint has produced special editions of coin sets for collectors, which are also ideal as gifts. We have a few of the 1977 United Kingdom coin sets, produced by the Royal Mint.
From 1970 to 1981 proof sets were the only type of coin set issued by the Royal Mint.
In 1977, a Crown, with face value of twenty five pence, was issued to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of the Queen's Coronation in 1952. The obverse shows an equestrian portrait of Her Majesty, recalling the design of the 1953 Coronation Crown. The reverse shows regalia used during British Coronation ceremonies.

We ship through Canada Post, which means we only ship within the parameters of their dimensions & weight. Anything won in our auctions above and beyond that will be forfeited.
