Offered is the 1987 Canada Proof Edition Loon Dollar Coin, featuring the iconic image of a common loon. This coin was minted by the Royal Canadian Mint and commemorates the first year of the "loonie." Crafted from pure nickel electroplated with bronze, it weighs 7.0 g, has a diameter of 26.5 mm, and is 2.0 mm thick. This proof coin, encased in its original protective capsule, is presented in a royal blue display case embossed with a maple leaf. A collectible piece of Canadian history.

We ship through Canada Post, which means we only ship within the parameters of their dimensions & weight. Anything won in our auctions above and beyond that will be forfeited.
