he bicentennial of the first full length voyage of the MacKenzie River by Alexander MacKenzie and his European crew, all the way to the Arctic Ocean, is commemorated on the 1989 Brilliant Uncirculated Dollar.
Sir Alexander Mackenzie is a fur trader and explorer who pioneered fur trading in Canada. He traversed the Northwest region of Canada to reach the Arctic and Pacific Ocean. And this voyage is commemorated in this Alexander Mackenzie Brilliant Uncirculated 1989 Dollar Coin. The coin's reverse design comes with an image of Sir Alexander Mackenzie together with his crew in their canoe exploring a river. The obverse comes with an effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Shipping Charges will be calculated once the Auction has closed and will be added to the invoice once pick-ups are completed. We ship through Canada Post, which means we only ship within the parameters of their dimensions & weight. Anything won in our auctions above and beyond that will be forfeited.
