In 1996, the new $2 coin was to be introduced and the $2 bank note would no longer be produced. Before the Royal Canadian Mint could release the $2 coin into general circulation, test tokens were provided to the industries affected by the change for testing purposes. This lot includes a brilliant uncirculated 1996 toonie as well as the RCM 1996 2-dollar test token.

Shipping Charges will be calculated once the Auction has closed and will be added to the invoice once pick-ups are completed. We ship through Canada Post, which means we only ship within the parameters of their dimensions & weight. Anything won in our auctions above and beyond that will be forfeited.
