Design: The King of the North, the proud polar bear reigns over the ice-packed Canadian Arctic. The largest bear on earth, this titan of the tundra can reach heights of up to 2 m and can weigh more than 800 kg. In spite of its immense size, the polar bear is extremely agile and can sprint 40 km/h on land allowing it to catch swift prey such as foxes, lemmings and birds.
A collaboration between The Royal Canadian Mint and CanadaPost has produced the extraordinary $2 Proud Polar Bear Stamp and Coin Set. This unique set showcases one $2 proof coin struck in sterling silver, and two $2 stamps, one cancelled and one mint.

We ship through Canada Post, which means we only ship within the parameters of their dimensions & weight. Anything won in our auctions above and beyond that will be forfeited.
