This 2004 Canadian 50-cent silver coin, produced by the Royal Canadian Mint, highlights the Clouded Sulphur butterfly in an elegant gold-plated finish atop delicate white clover flowers. Struck in 92.5% sterling silver, it weighs 9.30 grams with a diameter of 27.13 millimeters. Designed by Susan Taylor, it includes Queen Elizabeth II's effigy on the obverse. Limited to 20,000 coins worldwide, it accompanies a Certificate of Authenticity, serial number 02147.
