The actual bell has a crack in it and appears to have been repaired. Collar leatherwork is handmade. Collar measures 16 - 1/2 inches long (not including bell)

We ship through Canada Post, which means we only ship within the parameters of their dimensions & weight. Anything won in our auctions above and beyond that will be forfeited.
