Antique Elkington & Co. silver plate sugar bowl, EPC (Electro Plated Copper), made in England. Model 38096. Features ornate repousse floral and scroll pattern and dual handles. Measures approximately 5" high and 9" wide including handles. Shows some age-related tarnishing and wear.
