Extremely rare American Revolutionary War-era button, dated 1776. Featuring a Liberty motif and date to the obverse, with remnants of original backing material remaining to the reverse. An exceptional piece of early American history from the period of independence. A highly desirable artifact for collectors of Revolutionary War and early Americana material.

1876 made coin with statue of liberty head on it
Buttons made as well but expensive to make and labor intensive very few made
Coin has no crown as at the time the crown on the statue of liberty had not been designed/made yet

We ship through Canada Post, which means we only ship within the parameters of their dimensions & weight. Anything won in our auctions above and beyond that will be forfeited.
