Limited edition print of 'Walking Buffalo,' signed by David Lloyd Fisher, dated 1967. Hand-numbered 91/100 at the lower left. Also known as George McLean, Walking Buffalo was present for the treaty 7 signing. He was a public figure. As per the Canadian Encyclopedia "Walking Buffalo preached world peace and, in 1959, journeyed around the globe to spread this word. He was a strong advocate for protecting the environment and Indigenous rights and culture." Encased in a rustic wooden frame measuring approximately 19 x 15 inches. Image features intricate details with natural wear on the wooden frame consistent with age. Ready for display. A significant representation of artistically rendered cultural portraiture.

We ship through Canada Post, which means we only ship within the parameters of their dimensions & weight. Anything won in our auctions above and beyond that will be forfeited.
