The sofa measures 88 inches wide, 36 inches deep, and 40 inches tall. The fabric appears in good condition with some signs of use. Includes a decorative brown pillow, as shown. Designed for comfort and functionality.

Items will be available for viewing online only. Pick-ups will be held 2 days after the Auction closes on Thursday June 11, 2026 in Leduc between 11am-7pm. Shipping Details:
Handling & Packing Fees Start at $40.00 plus Shipping. The Shipping & Handling Charges will be calculated once the Auction has closed and added to the invoice once pick-ups are completed. We ship through Canada Post, which means we only ship within the parameters of their dimensions & weight. Any Lots won in our auctions above and beyond regular dimesions will be forfeited.

If shipping our handling fee starts at $40 plus the Canada Post Fees. Items being shipped must be within the Canada Post size limits.
