Royal Doulton "The Balloon Man" HN1954 porcelain figurine, modelled by Leslie Harradine. Features a seated man holding colourful balloons, wearing a dark coat, hat, and vest. Stamped on the base. Height approximately 7.5 inches. Good condition with no visible chips or cracks.
