    Beck Auctions presents Torque of the Town, an Edmonton online auction packed with automotive performance parts, engine components, mechanics’ tools and workshop finds. For the builders, tinkerers and garage enthusiasts whose favourite phrase is “I could do something with that,” this catalogue deserves a closer look.

    Leading the lineup is a 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass race-car project, featuring a four-link chromoly chassis, full cage, fibreglass body panels and a rear-mounted fuel cell. This is an unfinished project—not a complete, running vehicle—with no drivetrain, seats, brakes or suspension included. Bring your vision, your expertise and a little extra room in the workshop.

    Under the hood of this auction, you’ll discover Chevrolet engine blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, pistons, connecting rods, rocker arms, valve springs, oil pans and ignition components. Explore an extensive assortment of Holley carburetors, rebuild kits and tuning parts, alongside Rochester Quadrajet carburetors and items from names including Crane Cams, Crower, Moroso, Accel and MSD. Whether you’re hunting for a particular component or building up your parts inventory, there is plenty to investigate.

    The workshop selection brings its own reasons to bid, including a Mac Tools rolling tool chest with assorted tools, a Campbell Hausfeld air compressor, a JET hydraulic floor jack, wrenches, sockets, and pneumatic and electric tools. Because finding another project is one thing—having the tools to tackle it is another.

    For those who prefer their measurements more precise than “that looks about right,” watch for a Mitutoyo bore gauge set and micrometer, Federal and Fowler dial indicators, and an engine stand. There are also garage-display finds with character, including Pennzoil and Quaker State oil cans, a Canada Dry wooden crate and automotive reference material.
