Two soapstone carvings. One is a manatee signed by Sammy Kalvak, approx. 16 cm (6.3 in) long. Inscribed and signed underneath. The other is a loon, 19 cm (7.5 in) long, with original Eskimo Art Igloo sticker and incised marks on underside. Both show wear and surface scratches. Classic mid-century Inuit art pieces from Canada.
