NEW roasting pans are made of high-strength carbon steel with a non-porous, naturally non-stick porcelain enamel surface.
The dark surface color absorbs oven energy efficiently for even heat distribution and faster cooking times.
The dimpled lid design helps to self-baste the contents, keeping food moist.
The pans are PFOA and PTFE free, and typically oven safe up to 500°F (260°C).
The skillet is a 6 1/2 inch skillet made in the USA, as indicated by the text on the handle.

We ship through Canada Post, which means we only ship within the parameters of their dimensions & weight. Anything won in our auctions above and beyond that will be forfeited.
